I LOVE Kaiser. I hope I never get a job that doesn't have it. I prefer Capitol Hill over Largo (which is closer to me).
Both my nurse and doctor were amazing! I had nurse Mia and she immediately made me feel comfortable and comforted! We shared a very beautiful moment and she gave me the encouragement I needed. Doctor Seifu is absolutely amazing as well. She made sure that all my questions were answered & made sure that I was updated on all my shots/health care needs.
Telephone visit with dietitian. Excellent source of information and professional presentation that was very helpful and answered all of our questions and beyond, such as leaving us with a handful of recipes to get us started and ignited our imagination. Cannot thank her enough and she scheduled a follow-up visitation to monitor my progress. Top Notch Service and Delivery.
After several visits to Urgent Care for my elderly mother, without a doubt, the staff is top flight! They go above and beyond as your care team from the moment you arrive at the front desk until you leave. The doctors and nurses listen to you and inform you every step of the way. They work out a care plan that makes sense without being too taxing. Highly recommend this site in downtown DC not far from Union Station.
William saved my day! My glass frames broke this morning. He found me a new frame that fit my lenses, and now I’m good as new!
I experienced watching Ms. Mariela Ubiera assiting an elderly couple with forms. Ms. Ubiera took her time to make sure their paperwork was correct. It was refreshing to see an employee of KP Capitol Hill Med. Center assisting patients in a gentle manner, especially in these times we are living in where everything and everybody is in a rush.
I was instantly at ease. Every one was very pleasant. I was assisted by william when picking my glasses and he was very helpful and pleasant.
The Urgent Care unit ob Saturday of a 4th of July holiday weekend is not where I was expecting to be. But i was… snd the BEST possible care snd kindest attention was what I received. The receptionist was great, the nurse ( Ms. Christine) was just amazing and Dr. Hosseinkhah is simply THE BEST! Kindness, patience, empathy, knowledge snd complete dedication to you as member and patient. No doubt; THE BEST she is!
Today April 8, 2022, I had my mammogram appointment and it went so well. I never experienced no pain ever when doing this type of procedure for my breast the last few times coming here when having this test performed to me I had pain before but today I must let every woman know that Sharron Blyther treated me so well that I felt no pain at all.
