Zero stars. From the front desk to the intake nurses to the doctor themselves, they were uneducated and uncaring when it came to my medical condition and treated me as if I didn't have a brain cell to save my life. I hope whoever reads this looks into the staff that works at the Kaiser Urgent Care in Bellevue WA and reprimands them for being so lazy when it comes to their work. Patients beware and be a strong advocate for yourself.
The doctor and nurses and other staff were polite, they listened and recommended various treatments for my condition.
