The MRI team, specifically Aaron and Alonso, are amazing. I have anxiety with the whole process and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. As soon as I see them I know it'll be ok. Thank you to both of you!
The staff at Kaiser in Bellevue are all so thoughtful and genuine about the care they provide. Doctor Hostetler is amazing and asked me several important questions prior to making any recommendations. I feel confident in the care I am receiving.
Check in desk was uncomfortable to interact with and watch. They were super short and annoyed with people of color checking in vs white patients. Used a raised voice as if expecting their English to be lacking even when they spoke perfectly English?
Letting anyone know with minor issues that they will make you wait over 2 hours to be seen and then you can expect them to direct you to a different place and not be treated.
Their “cafe” is a couple of vending machines, and the one with the food was out of order. Kinda lame, I was super bummed. Other than that it’s a nice place, easy parking, friendly staff.
