There are good doctors within the Kaiser Bellevue facility, however they are cogs in the system. The patient has to jump through so many hoops to get the treatment they need. The doctors are handcuffed with the treatment they are able to provide, basic and bare bones! I can’t wait until November, when I can find doctors that are actually able to treat me properly in a timely manner! Unfortunately that isn’t Kaiser.

Normally I get very standardized service you’ve expected from Kaiser. Today’s phone call to my care team just destroyed my day. Call to simply ask to have them send my lab results to my doctor. This lady insisted I come in person to sign a release for this. Has she heard there’s pandemic going on now! She already verified who I’m and spend ten minutes telling me why she can’t help me. I was at urgent care because you overdosed my partner on chemo meds. You had employees running around not wearing masks. It’s ridiculous that a medical center doesn’t enforce mask wearing.

People aren't allowed to eat and drink in restaurants during a pandemic, but apparently it's okay for 3 women to take off their masks to eat their lunch and drink in the Kaiser urgent care waiting area. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she was flippant about it telling me, "people need to take off their masks to eat and drink". I think she missed the point. The person who screens incoming patients was nowhere to be found.
