Kaiser has been excellent. I met with my surgeon, Dr. Stepan.who did a great job 10/10. on my Large Ventral open lHernia Repair. He explained the upcoming gastrointestinal surgery exceptionally well and answered all my questions, which helped me feel more comfortable with surgery .The hospital was clean and organized..

I was called into my appointment promptly. The medical assistant and provider were well organized for my post op visit. My questions and concerns were answered with kindness and care. I was reassured by the provider before, during and after my exam. Dr. Chyu offered helpful advice and provided well explained instructions and next steps. Overall great visit with Dr. Chyu at Bellevue Urology.

Urgent cares are hit and miss for wait times. You know that going in. I was at Bellevue for 3 hours. In that time I interacted with medical staff for a total of 20 minutes. Of that, I saw one medical doctor who reviewed the possibility of what my injury was but didn’t give me results, prescribed an opioid when an anti inflammatory would have been sufficient…I wasn’t consulted on medication.
