I wish I could give zero stars. These people have been no help. We have been waiting almost 8 weeks for a referral to a drug treatment program for my husband. No one is actually doing anything to help us, or even effectively and truthfully communicating with us. The drug counselor said “she felt attacked” when we expressed how upset we were, having to wait this long for her to do her job and get him help. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Crazy angry man extremely disrespectful. Gave me anexiety and dismissed me within a min He has major issues stay away from him if you care abt your mental health he is abusive !
Wait times are forever. Care is of modest quality at best. No in-person appointments from what I was told which brings down the quality even further. At least they offer referrals for providers outside of KP, but most of them are busy and not accepting new patients. Edit: also add to the fact that my provider canceled my appointment because they decided to go on strike.
