I want to express my profound frustration and disappointment regarding the complete lack of accessible mental health services for my children and me. I have been a Kaiser Permanente member for many years in several regions across the country. I benefit greatly from the integrated care model where my primary care and the specialist see all the same medical records so care is coordinated and not duplicated. I want to call out the care I receive from Dr. Mason and Nursing Assistant, Brittany Wright at Baltimore Inner Harbor Center. Make Ms. Wright a clinical manager immediately!
The experience was timely, professional, friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my visit today. The technicals were knowledgeable and confident in their craft.
