Dr. Wilson was warm and welcoming. He made my very anxious daughter feel secure and heard. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and professional.
A great visit at Baltimore Harbor. Dr Capasso and his team were on time, thorough and helpful. I’m grateful I was able to get everything done during one visit.
Had an appointment today with Dr. Mason at 8:50am. I checked in for my appointment, waited over an hour without being seen. I had my vitals checked after about 20 minutes and had to go back in the waiting area because Dr. Mason didn’t have any rooms available. I left at 9:56am. Before I got home, I received a message stating Dt. Mason completed my “After Visit Summary “. Today, I had the pleasure of seeing the wonderfully brilliant Dr. Sherell Mason at the Harbor Medical Clinic, which, btw, is the best Kaiser location. Dr. Mason is always thorough and treats me with kindness, no matter what my appointment is for. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the lovely Sandra validated my parking.
