The lab is the WORST. Rude. The lab technician with the long braid ponytail should be benched. She’s consistently rude and abrasive, refuses to help or even say “hi”. Every time I have to endure poor treatment from them, I go over in my head what I pay in premiums and wonder whether I can do better.
I received excellent care from the staff there.They took their time to explain everything to me and answered all the questions i had.Thank you once again for your excellent service.
This might be me of the worst locations hands down. I’ve been waiting for Dr. Marc Wilson’s office and HIMS to comply with Unum concerning getting my Short Term Disability paperwork filled out and returned to my disability insurance for over a month. It’s been over two weeks since the required paperwork I need to complete was filled out and returned, and to no avail, the process is still being delayed and is resulting in me being unpaid next week, which is unacceptable in today’s economical climate. The obgyn appointment was great. Excellent doctor and nurses 2/10/23 @ 450pm. Next the doctor wanted me to go over to the laboratory and get some blood work a full panel I guess. I get over there and the lady look at my information and tell me oh no we don't have time to do all of this because its almost 5 o'clock 🙄. Like what type of Phlebotomy technician says that.
