My wife and I went in for help from a dietician and were told drink water and given a chart I could've got off of Google. We weren't given any advice on changing our diet excersizing or our lifestyle. In fact, the lady said I'm supporting my wife too much...save yourself a copay and skip Kaisers dietary program it sucks.
Thumbs down to KP, billing error on their part. I have have to pay before it goes to collections and hope for a refund. Can't wait for open enrollment
Dr Glenn Baker is the best doctor I have. I have many Dr's in Kaiser watching over me but as a PCP he's the best
