RecommendedNormally I'm very positive about kaiser but today not so much. I was on hold for 2 hrs! waiting for the pharmacy to answer. I come in and the tech completely disregarded my irritation. And then I sit and wait for them to fill my prescription, when the whole reason I was calling was so it would be ready when I get there.
The nurses where wonderful. I was not right with high fever and pain. they were so understanding.

I went in to the urgent care earlier today, every single person that took care of me today was amazing. I was so miserable, and the nurses, the X-ray tech, the aides all went so above and beyond with their care today it was amazing.
I have been going there since I was 8! My son is now 4 and we love it! There are bilingual doctors and the nurses have always been great!
Great staff and awesome facility. Like the pharmacy hours and the dental care option.
