Horrible horrible horrible billing customer service. My brother-in-law died in December. We had all his mail forwarded immediately. In March we got a notice that his Kaiser insurance bill was late. We contacted Kaiser and after a few days (no not hours) we finally got to the correct department after being transfered between departments in a big circle.
