No one cares... Do not sign up with them.... Kaiser never tells you that it takes weeks, weeks to get an appointment with any, any of their specialist doctors. I had server pain, every minute of the day, for weeks. My doctor referred me to a specialist, marketed urgent. Even though I was in server pain, the specialist couldn’t see me for 3 months. 3 months, 90 days, 2,160 hours, 129,600 mins., living with the pain. I lost my job, my relationship and 20 pounds. You are a number here that profits Kaiser, not an actual human. Your video call or phone call with the doctor is the EXACT same price as if you were to go into their facility. My prescription here is 300% more than any other pharmacy. You always are forwarded to multiple departments to get answers and you WILL sit on hold for HOURS sometimes just to talk to someone. I sat on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to take an 'elevated complaint' and they still didn't answer.
