Disappointing visit at Kaiser Garden Grove Urgent Care due to a nurse practitioner who displayed unprofessional and aggressive behavior. Rather than helping address my concerns, the provider raised his voice, offered no clear explanation, and left the room without delivering care. This was an alarming experience that does not reflect the standards of care I’ve come to expect from Kaiser. Thankfully, another provider eventually stepped in, but the initial encounter left a lasting negative impression.
Garden Grove urgent Care it's the best for me every time I go there I had a great experience I was there yesterday 03/19/25 starting with the front desk to my triage nurse Brianna she was professional and attentive but the best was Doctor Catherine N Dito she was very professional and attentive and treat me with respect and kindness she listened to all my concerns and answer all my questions I wished she had a personal family practice she would be my Doctor for sure ,very rare to see a doctor that listen to you this days .ov... read more
SCAM! They put their machines at low effectiveness to make you return multiple times! Better off going to a brand that cares about their reputation and reviews. I paid $300 for a broken capillary laser treatment (literally one little dot) and it made 0 difference, they are asking me to come back and pay another $300. I have paid $150 in the past elsewhere and ONLY ONE TREATMENT did the job. Tiffany and Genie are scam artists! DO NOT GO HERE

Visit to urgent care on a Saturday is never the favorite way to spend a weekend, however today it was a breeze. The LVN, Locoya B., and the PA, Madonna M.C., were both amazing! Both were professional and caring and made me feel seen and heard. Thank you both for the tip notch care!
