I recently switched from the Downey location to Garden Grove, and the difference in care is absolutely night and day. I will never go back to Downey after the exceptional treatment I received at Garden Grove Urgent Care. I came in feeling awful with what turned out to be a stomach virus. I was seen right away no long wait and received outstanding care from Dr. Tsang and RN Annie (I believe that was her name). Both of them had amazing bedside manners. Things with Kaiser have improved with Urgent Care Dr was so nice. In my experience normally seem like they don’t want to help the consumer
