Great customer service always starts with front desk to dental staff, to the dentist and rotates back to the front desk. I have always been treated with the high most respect from every person. They not only know me professionally "as a patient" but they know me personally. My husband and I have been with this office for many years and we can't see ourselves any where else. We've been seeing Dr. Kaiser for about 20 years and he is a wonderful dentist. You are seen as scheduled without a long wait and the entire staff is very friendly and courteous. If injections make you anxious, then see Dr. Kaiser. He gives the injection almost painlessly while his nurse massages your temple. After your first visit you will feel no anxiety at all.
My visit today was very pleasant. The real pain that I expected didn't materialize. Dr. Kaiser gives almost painless shots. He explained each step in making the crown for my tooth. I was fascinated with the process. I was in and out in a short period of time with a crown on my tooth. No temporary one ! Everyone in this office is awesome!😊 Give them a try!
Dr. Curtis Kaiser and his staff are fantastic. I have lived in BCS for over 6 years and today was my first truly great dental experience since I arrived. He had two old fillings replaced in less than an hour without one bit of pain. Even the shot was easy!! His staff is so friendly and efficient and they help with the insurance and billing. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a dentist consider Dr. Kaiser. His methods are up to date and makes your dental care exceptional.
