I seriously think this place are scammers or at the very least have flaky practices regarding appointments and the dentist you schedule the appointment with is not the one who will see you. I just left.
Update-Response from Owner, not true, I have my recent Bank Statement.They will not refund your money regardless what they say. I returned my partials after 1 year, of numerous times sent back to the lab to get them to fit. I made an appointment, Dentist was fed up like I was, here comes biling. 😒 Every scare tactic, guilt trip, misery tactic was used not to give me my money back. I'll never forget this place. I went in with a painful cracked tooth and they wouldn't give me any medication.
Dr Kaiser is the most rudest dentists I have ever been too! Warning anyone who has appt with this denist cancel while you Can! He need to learn table manner and a good kick up the ass. I have been to many dentist in my time and never have I been treated like a common dog. No wonder his office is on 7th street in san pedro. No automatic alt text available.
