I had my first appointment with Leo Chiao Hsu MD recently for my ADHD medication eval. Based on the reviews I was a little worried about my care. The appointments were running a little late (less than 10 mins). I was able to meet with Dr. Hsu. He immediately recognized my hat (I'm a big Naruto fan). So we connected from the beginning. Quite terrible, unreliable mental health services. They need to hire more care providers because they don't have nearly enough. You will often sit on hold forever and just be hung up on. Kaiser is repeatedly sued for their terribly neglectful care, especially when it comes to mental health, and they just keep getting away with it with slaps on the wrists. It's such a tragedy.
