My daughter just had her third visit to Dr. Kailes, and every time has been wonderful. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, great with the kids, and seem to really love their jobs. Dr. Kailes is very personable and the kids love her. I do go back every time with my daughter, but I would feel completely comfortable leaving her in their very capable hands. My daughter behaves better for them to clean her teeth than me!
Today's visit was great. In and out in less than 1 1/2 hours for both of my children to get their teeth cleaned. One even got x-rays and sealant put on that wasn't even scheduled and that they made time to do so we wouldn't need to schedule another appointment. How awesome is that? Katie was amazing with my children. And I can't say enough about how comfortable Dr. Kailes makes my children and me feel. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kailes and staff on Monday! My first visit was nothing but impressive. The receptionist accommodated my late arrival, another staff member laid out all of my insurance coverage ahead of time to ease my mind on my finances, and the nurse we had was so sweet that my daughter felt very comfortable. Dr Kailes and her staff are so sweet and professional. We travel 45 minutes to see Dr Kailes. Sure there are dentists closer to us but none that I feel could give my children the quality of care with the level of kindness and attention everyone receives here.
My son has been going here for years and there is a reason. Beth Kailes and her entire staff care! The atmosphere is the best all around and so is the care.
Mymy son has been a patient here for 4 years now. And wouldn't trade this team of women for nothing. I drive from Arlington to the office. That says alot. GREAT SERVICE

My son has been seeing Dr. Kailes for a few years. Today, I brought my grandchildren to visit the office. They had some fears about visiting the dentist. They watched my son's cleaning as the hygienist explained everything perfectly to their youthful curiosity. They are excited about having an appointment of their own.
