I just wanted to express my gratitude to Kim, the hygienist, and Dr. Kailes, for their patience, friendliness, and winsome way with my daughter, Charlie, today. It was hard for me to watch how scared she was, but it was also such a blessing to see two ladies show such calm compassion to a little one who was genuinely scared. It is a gift, for sure! The staff is always so friendly, too—from the moment we walk in, the the moment we exit the building.
I wish they worked on adults, too. Everyone there is so kind, patient, understanding and helpful. Actually, I don’t just wish they were my dentist, I wish they were my doctors, my bankers, my husband etc.. lol. Seriously, best dentist ever!
Today’s visit was awesome! My son has sensory processing issues and anxiety, so every trip to the dentist can be very stressful and scary. Thanks to your staff who always accommodate him and make him feel safe. We are always so impressed with the quality of your care, and your compassion is an extra bonus.
We are new to the area. This was our first visit to your office. Friendly staff and lovely office. My child felt very comfortable during the procedure. We will definitely become regular patients.
The entire staff was amazing. Emma loves to come to her appointments.
Shinah gave us a wonderful tour of the office and began treatment for us. She did an awesome job! Dr. Staman was amazing! She got straight to the "root" 😉 of our problem and worked up a plan. Everybody was very nice and welcoming.
I have 3 kids, ages 2, 7, 10. I am a working parent. I was able to schedule them all at the same time and hop between the rooms to make sure I had time with the dentist. The dental hygienist were so patient and amazing. They cared for my kids and were patient and cheery. The dentists made sure I was in the room, no rush or stress before giving me information on my kids. They provided a free mouth guard for my 10 yo who is starting baseball. Today was a bitter sweet day for my son. He has been going to Dr Kailes since he was 3. He is now 18 and has "graduated" from their practice. Dr Kailes and her staff have always been there for him and his needs. Thank you all for helping us all these years. We will continue to see you with our youngest.
The team was great and put my son at ease. He gets a little anxious during doctor visits, but they didn’t lose patience, concluded his treatment and wanted to know of any concerns or questions I had.
