This should not come to a surprise if Dr. Kailes reads this! But I felt compelled to share our story. My son has always had good experiences with the dentist, but recently in the last year or two, he started having really bad anxiety with seeing the dentist, and I think a lot of it was he may not have been numb enough on one visit or another and then the sounds added in there add elements of anxiety for kids. Dr Kailes and her team make dentist appointments something my kiddos look forward too! The doctors and staff create genuine conversations with each child and make them feel so special. We are so happy we discovered this office, 8 years ago when my son had a dental emergency and knocked out 3 of this front teeth!

We currently live in California and come back to Jax to visit. While we are in town I schedule the kids to get their exams and cleaning because the doctors, staff and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this office.
They have been my dentist for 14 years and are great! The staff is all very friendly and they try to make it as comfortable as possible during the procedures.
My daughter absolutely adores Dr. Kailes. She takes the time to build a positive relationship with my daughter at every appointment and makes sure she understands what to expect during her appointment using kid friendly terminology. She responds quickly and thoroughly to after hour emergencies and really works hard to explain treatment options so you can make an informed decision about your child’s treatment plan. Dr. Kailes is absolutely the best!
