We loved our vet in Phoenix but needed something local .. after 2 attempts at Canyon pet we knew we would NEVER go back . Went to Kaibab today and are happy to say we found our new vet . Not only was the staff up front nice but the Dr. was awesome ! Such a relief to know we have a good place to take our pup .
The best veterinary clinic in Flagstaff! The staff are so kind and willing to help with difficult decisions. One of my cats recently needed major mouth surgery and they worked with my budget to ensure it got done by giving me a payment plan. They also majorly discounted the procedure for me! Never have I ever met a vet staff who is as generous and caring as this one! They truly care about the well being of your pets and ensure the best treatment. Thank you Kaibab!!
I was pleased with the service we had gotten here in the past. We even came back after our dog passed in this facility. But after the last visit I went to I will not be back. The whole thing was a sales pitch! They were selling me shots and after I refused they said "yeah, you can still get kennel cough with the shot anyway". I was shocked. They came in and started pushing vaccinations and neutering in my face and not even looking at my dog or letting me get a word in edge wise. I was fortunate to find a beautiful 10 year old white pom at the animal shelter. She had been used as a breeder and had to be spade. Dr. Martin identified several problems with my dog, one of which I could not pay for at the time. When I went to pick the dog up, Dr. Martin had done all that was necessary to rid her of infection and prolong her life. The life of my pet was worth more to her than the almighty dollar. When I find a vet that cares THAT much, I am a customer for life!
You guys have been taking care of my fosters and rescues for almost 3 years now and every time I come in or call, you work so hard to fit me in quickly, conveniently, and provide superior care and love to my elderly, handicapped, and special 'hard' cases. It is greatly appreciated - so much more than you could ever know!! Thank you all for your tireless commitment to the animals of this community :)
Our two dogs really enjoy going to see the staff at Kaibab Vet Clinic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
