Clean facility staff was nice
I am not impressed by this facility, hidden costs, poor patient care, never once called me with updates. Dropped dog off at 8:30 am for a spay and dew claw removal, they did not get to her until 5:00 pm, we got home after 7:00 pm, terrible service.
Dr. Martin is very intelligent and compassionate. She and her team are patient and kind. They explain procedures well and charge fairly. We’ve taken our two Great Pyrenees to Kaibab for nearly 8 years! Their new clinic is gorgeous, clean and conveniently located.
Just took my cat Peter in to get Neutered. The staff at Kaibab was very friendly and helpful, especially during this pandemic. Thank you for taking the wrath of Peter and doing a great job
I have always had the best experience here. Dr. Minardi is AMAZING. She is honest, compassionate, and will do whatever it takes to help you and your pet. 100% recommend Kaibab and Dr. Minardi.
Vet recommended the correct food and antibiotics to get my little one Josephine through a terrible UTI and Struvite stones. She was getting blocked, and peeing 6-8 time when we would go out, or try. It was also a MESSY situation. They’ve prescribed food and treats for me sense.
