The staff is ALWAYS helpful and gets back to you so quickly via email or phone. I trust that my dog is in great hands when she is at Kaibab. And, she actually loves to go to the vet! She gets excited when she knows that we are there; that says something about the staff.
We are full time rv'ers and it was time for our chihuahua to have her immunizations updated. We received an appointment quickly and were welcomed with friendly faces when we arrived. Our visit was great--Dr Penrod is wonderful, she gave us lots of hints about caring for our dog as well as complimenting us on our little girl's health and condition. Staff was efficient and we were seen quickly. Highly recommend this clinic!!
