Joining Kaia FIT is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I love the workouts and the coaches. It is a fun, challenging and supportive place to get stronger and fit. I love it!
Having loads of fun and recruiting my friends to join me. Being sore with friends is better than eating that second bowl of ice cream alone!!!!! The work outs are fun, modifications and levels of activities to suit everyone and every level. What a workout!! Best thing I've done in a while for myself.
