Best gym for women with perk and attitude and determination in town!
Kaia is the first fitness program I've been able to stick with in over 19 years! It offers the same kind of comradery and support you get when you play a team sport. I look forward to going everyday- even the 5 AM class! This program works for ALL levels of fitness and each workout is different. Kaia offers cross-training, yoga, hiking, jogging, running, nutrition tips and much, much more (all while having fun)! I am so thankful to have been introduced to this program and to have the support of the AMAZING owner and coaches.
Alma and her team of coaches bring a very special environment to train in ! Love the workouts and love the sisterhood ! A must try.
