I Love This Place! – I was given a gift certificate for Valentine's Day from my husband for Kai Spa. I went in for my spa pedicure not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience and service at Kai. Everything was great but the best part was the long foot massage with my pedicure. My polish lasted three weeks.

Great Facial, Not so friendly front desk – I couldnt book with my regular esthetician-she was out of town, so I asked around. Heard Tracy gave a great facial, so I booked with her. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST – I am a huge germ phobe and did tons of research on sanitation before picking this place for my pedicure. I heard about Kai Spa on channel 11 when they were chosen as one of the top 5 spas in Houston. But I called all the places chosen and found that Kai was the only place on the top 5 that had pipeless pedicure chairs. Wonderful from Start to Finish – Please do yourself a favor and recieve your Bikini Wax from Ci Ci! It was my first time getting a Bikini Wax. Wax was partially done for my boyfriend and for myself, for the experience, and curiousity. Fantastic!! – This was definitely one of the best chances that I have ever taken. I was recommended to try this place out about a few weeks ago, and after reading their reviews, I figured, why not? Feels like home... – Going into Kai Spa is like walking into Cheers (the bar), everyone always knows your name. Sharia, the spa's manager, always greets me with a smile and makes sure that I leave happy. Tracy is excellent at facials and waxing, mainly because she cares and takes her time. I've seen both Christy and Natalie for pedicures and they were both meticulous with me feet, I love it! The staff pays great attention to you and your needs which makes coming here even more enjoyable!
