Absolutely terrible customer service and a frustrating overall experience. I attempted to place a legitimate order for rubber tympanometer tips and was immediately flagged by their system for an “incorrect shipping address.” When I called to resolve it, I spoke with Sylvia Mora, who was outright rude, dismissive, and accusatory from the start.
