This eye care office is exceptional in every way. Dr. Kagan expertise and attention to detail really stand out - they take the time to clearly explain every aspect of the examination and any recommendations. Don’t make my mistake! Dr Kagan makes first impression as a great doctor, very confident, speaks scientific terms, assertive etc. But it’s very misleading. Example: I came to see Dr. Kagan for one specific reason – to get a prescription for my new glasses. Dr. Kagan examined my eyes and gave me his prescription, which I used to order my new glasses at Costco. Order was completed, I got my new glasses! Dr. Kagan performed my PRK surgery and I cannot recommend him more highly. He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, my sight is incredible and the recovery was manageable because of his and his team's excellent care and instructions. He also has a bedside manner that made me feel like I was being cared for by a member of my family. He deeply cares about what he does and about his patients. I wish I could give him six stars!
Dr. Kagan is a skilled surgeon who did an amazing job of minimizing the discomfort of eye surgery while actually improving my vision, beyond just restoring it. You are in very good hands if you choose Dr. Kagan. I highly recommend him. Sight is precious, and you deserve the best.
