My 80 year old mother recently had surgery done with Dr. Kagan, great results and no surgical complications.
Dr. Kagan and his team are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and sweet. They are at the cutting edge of the field. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with eye issues in LA!
