Compressors seem like they are well built and will last. But, I've been waiting 3 days for a tech to call me back about a Rockwell AB PLC (*.EDS) file to load into our PC so we can connect to the compressors. She told me someone would contact me within the hour. This is the 2nd time I've had this issue. Frustrated!!
I have been a long-standing client of Kaeser Compressor and have to say I am very pleased with their services. When I scheduled a visit to meet with their team and establish my airflow requirements I found that my previous compressor system was oversized and starting to produce an oily condensate. The team was extremely helpful and was able to quote me precisely for my needs. If you are looking for quality in your air management systems, I highly recommend Kaeser. 12/10
Worst experience ever. Bought a compressor sx 7.5 keeps blowing a fuse for dryer. They don’t stand behind there warranty. They will find a way for you to pay. My compressor is pushed in back of building. Doesn’t even have 150 hrs on it. JUNK.
