Finding and committing to a builder for your dream home can be a daunting task. We are so pleased that we made Kaerek Homes our choice, since working with them was a joy! From their design team to each of the subcontractors, everyone is dedicated to quality. We love our new home and we are deeply grateful to the whole Kaerek team for making things easy and over delivering. We would not hesitate to build another home with them and at this point we can not imagine ever working with a better builder.

Delays, delays, and more delays. Concrete poured that is now cracking everywhere, moisture evaporating from the concrete, collecting on the walls during vortex freeze, turning into black mold everywhere which we had to pay for remediation because of their sloppiness and neglect of doing the job right. I joists that cannot hold the weight of the granite, refrigerator, and stove-- resulting in floors and and island bouncing like an Olympic springboard. I was actually asked by a friend today who’s looking to build if I’d recommend our builder. So I decided I’d share my response with everyone. Here’s my recommendation. RUN! RUN FAR FROM KAEREK HOMES!! You couldn’t pay me to recommend them. You will not get the home you design. We picked out a white fireplace and they decided to give us gray. They moved outlets to make them non-functional. We picked or brown millwork and they decided to give us black, and we picked brushed nickel fixtures in the bathrooms to match the brushed... read more

We built a Kaerek home years ago. Very happy with our home. We have had no real issues with our home. Mike Kaerek was extremely easy to deal with and so were the rest of the staff. They were always very attentive to our concerns and their expediters were amazing.Would definitely build with them again.

Just finished construction with Kaerek not pleased. Very difficult to deal with, in office staff seems to have an issue writing a contract correctly and ordering and delivering on what was promised a constant battle!! More concerned about bickering then actually finishing the home on time. Our project was about two months later then expected and told. At the end they wouldn't even provide credit for items they couldn't deliver on and threatened to charge me more for work thier men did. And lastly my salesmen hasn't even said... read more

Terrible experience ... oversold, under delivered!!! Mike Kaerek has a long way to go with customer service. Poor at best.
