DO NOT purchase ANYTHING built by Kady Group. Not even Legos. The new construction we've lived in for 6 months is proving to be a complete dump. The house was just built on 2023, we purchased it in summer 2024. Everything in here has been cheaply done and that's not even the worst of it. In August 2023, I purchased a brand-new condo built by Darryl, but I quickly realized the construction quality was poor, and the materials used were subpar. Shortly after moving in, there was a major leak in the hallway, and both the garage door and intercom system had issues. The building, completed in 2022, already showed signs of shoddy workmanship.
