I have never been so disappointed in a hospital ever. My mom was brought by EMS and she was treated with rudeness and arrogance the entire week she was in there. No communication from physicians unless we called. They accused her of drinking alcohol when she DOES NOT drink alcohol. The nurses were rude and acted out out when asked for anything. When she left on Tuesday, they did not even take her out to the car or even the front door in a wheelchair! I will NEVER NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone which is terribly disa... read more

So explain to me this: Kadlec calls and offers me a zoom appointment for my 6 week post partum visit due to the smoke. I decline because I have other errands to run in Tri-cities. In normal conversation I said something about taking the baby. She tells me he can’t come to my appointment due to Kadlec cracking down on their Covid visitor policy. Exceptional care In the ER! Very quick to be evaluated! Saw a provider within 5 minutes of getting into the room! Had x rays 5 minutes later! My son’s pain was addressed quickly. Prompt results and treatment. Excellent care!
