I was referred to Kadlec GI and have been trying to call for a week now to schedule my appointment. I have left 3 messages with the referral coordinator and 2 messages with the clinic manager and have yet to receive a call back or even be able to schedule an appointment. I’ve had 2 ER visits due to my GI issue and have explained that my symptoms are worsening instead of improving yet for some reason I still cannot seem to get an appointment scheduled. For the billing department and labor and delivery: It’s taken me over 4 months to write this review simply because one, I never write reviews and am typically pretty easy going, and two, there’s honestly so much that went wrong with our stay after the delivery of our son in November. It took over 6 months to hear back from Northwest Orthopedic about an appointment for treatment. It's been 7 weeks without response from Kadlec Neuroscience Center to schedule treatment.
I was dissatisfied by the fact I was turned away at the urgent care and was told to go to the emergency facility instead. All I wanted was to get my ears cleaned out because they were plugged. I ended up paying more for the bill due to this. I feel like this is a way for Kadlec to profit more.
