Surgery Friday 29th Sept. 2:30pm Ashley In the cathlab was such a nice girl they all did the very best job . Ashley went Way beyond her job requirement to help me while had a hard time staying calm. And my night nurse Erin was also very good at her job and helped me out after surgery when I wasn't feeling very well kept me in a good frame of mind listened to me talk about family without making me feel like she had to run off . A GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE THERE, WELL DONE
Not what it use to been very disappointed, we come here for help not to sit or lay in pain for hours and then turn off the call light from the nurses station really!!!
I ended up in the emergency room yesterday and it was awful. I have chronic kidney pain along with an infection and stones. It took FOREVER to get me back, everyone was rude and stressed out and just in a hurry. I never had an nurse come check to see how I was feeling and they did NOTHING about my pain. I was highly disappointed in them and will not be going back.
My husband had surgery yesterday with Dr Droesch, really great and informative surgeon. The anesthesiologist gave us a few chuckles before surgery time. The office staff in the waiting room were patient, respectful, and kept me informed when I could go back and see my husband. Shout out to nurse Stacy who helped my husband right before discharge, you were amazing. �
My mom had an appointment at 11:50 at the imaging center we got there right on time, nobody was at the front desk, when They finally came out and acknowledged us it was 11:57, apparently they were on break, the appoitmemt had been cancelled because there is only a 5 min window, the staff was rude and didn't care to help us at all because they were too busy trying to finish their lunch. I don't understand why will they schedule an appointment at that time if they know they will be going on lunch.
After 5 nurses and a sonogram, they couldn't find a vein for my phlebotomy. Spent 2.5 hours.
Love my Dr Kunkle he is very compassionate and understanding.
