I was seen at the free standing ED today following an MVA. The care could not have been more exceptional. They were efficient, thorough, and so very kind. Everyone was amazing. My nurse, Dr. Forsythe, the Rad tech-all wonderful.😊

I am extremely frustrated with this organization. I love my doctors however how they run their business in the billing process is a farce. they require a deposit for services and when my insurance pays 100%, and I request a refund they hold my money captive. I would like to charge them interest on my money that they owe me. 😠
Thank you nurse Hillary cardio nurse - for my husband’s cardioversion he had on 2-11-19. Can’t believe our weather and what she had to go through to make sure she would b at work!! Dedication!! She lives a ways away.. had to get help through the snow then spent the night at a hotel to insure she would b at her job... for us. Thank you!! Kadlec staff does a great job taking care of people ‘s needs.

I’ve been using services at Seattle Reproductive Medicine’s Richland office inside your women’s center building. We’ve had a good experience thus far and really like the doctors and staff. A year ago I had a slightly negative experience at your hospital after a miscarriage, but since then I’ve had even worse experiences elsewhere. I think staff need to keep in mind that not all women in their late 30’s have a lot of experience with child loss and being sensitive to their feelings is the professional way to handle difficult s... read more
