Kadi Fit is no ordinary fitness studio. The owners and instructors are warm, welcoming and motivational. The classes range from strength training, cardio, boxing, plyometrics, yoga and even some dancing�. Being a runner, I was looking for a fitness studio that would help me improve my pace/time. Not only have I improved my run times, but I am fitter/stronger than I have ever been in my life. I've been trying to come up with a way to share how kadi makes me feel . Today it came to me . Dancing to ACDC shook me all night made me like I was young , pre kids , back in my apartment!! Love this place , thank you to all the teachers who share your gifts with us!!
This is my second go at @Kadifit. I needed them to get me in shape when I was out of shape. Now I'm in shape , feel great and decided to come back to take my fitness goals to the next level. The classes are challenging and more importantly for me .....FUN! They are really amazing! Trent T
