Childcare here is awesome! My kids exercise and make crafts! They learn yoga too � all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. There’s such a good variety of classes to find one that’s a good fit for you! And it’s fun
Katie's cardio dance class is the most uplifting, energizing and fun fitness class I have ever taken. Mike Dixon's coaching style is both motivating, positive and a delight to be around. Together the co-founders of Kadi Fit have created a community like no other I've come across in my 11 years as a wellness professional. Can't wait to visit again!! <3
