I absolutely LOVE Kādi Fit!!! I am not one who likes to work out at all!!! It's hard work!!! But here I have so much fun that I can't wait to go to class everyone here is so sweet and welcoming as well!! Nothing else like it !!!
I have never been more fit than I am now after working out at Kadi. The typical gym scene never motivated me to "really" workout. Kadi's staff and instructors do a great job of letting you be you. The workouts are structured so you can workout to your level, whatever that may be. Spirits are always high and the family or tribe community feel makes you want to come workout. This place is like a second home and a total haven from anything in life! It's hard to explain what this place will add to all aspects of your life. You have to experience it for yourself. You will gain so much more from this place than a fit figure if you allow it! Hope to see you there : )
