Office is in chaos Dr doesn’t have a nurse they operate like by committee like a baseball bullpen . They have never responded to the patient portal when operating efficiently which is rare . A scan was recommended by a Dr at Presbyterian on my thigh and Dr K confirmed that he was to order a prostate scan simultaneously which never happened . The good part was that I got an appointment fairly quickly. Bad parts: Doctor seemed very rushed. He was in and out of my room three times. He flipped back and forth between me and other patient's rooms. Grossly disorganized doctor, staff, and office. Surgery center called me the day after my appt. saying that I was scheduled for surgery for the following day. I was shocked, and told them I did not asked to be scheduled for surgery. First appt. was good, he had his staff schedule a Uro Dynamics test and I couldn't take the pain so when I went back he was upset I didn't get test done and was going to schedule a different test that would sedate me. It's been two weeks now and the test still hasn't been scheduled. His asst. Chris I guess is too busy and took a week to call me back and now I'm still waiting for him to schedule it. Very good, he was professionnel, warm in front of my problem, i will don't hesitate to see him again.
Dr Kadesky has no empathy for his patients hes caring for. He treated me like I was more of an annoyance than a patient. Never did what he said he was going to do when he needed to contact my heart dr. for a consult before my procedure. Some people shouldnt be doctors....
Arrogant not interested in the patients well being. Cant be bothered to return a phone call. I would not recommend this guy.
Dr. Keith Kadesky has been practicing 25 years, and has over 31 years of diverse experience. This is the reason that I started seeing him as a patient. I had seen two Urology Doctors before him, both treated me like a production line number. With Dr. Kadesky, I have found that he genuinely cares for his patients. I have 4 children and 14 grandchildren and I would highly recommend Dr. Kadesky to all of them.
Dr. K made me feel comfortable with my surgery. He has a calming friendly demeanor. The staff was friendly and professional. Thanks Dr. K
