I'm in the process of looking for a new apartment. On April 17, 2025 I had an appointment to look at apartment located at 225 Nautilus Dr. apt. 3 with Kader Property Management. I met the shower and look at the apartment which I liked it and I told her that I wanted to apply for it. The shower was very nice and did a good job explaining and showing me the apartment. Subpar company. Poor maintenance. Bad communication. Dishonest, unfair and punitive policies and practices. We left the apartment in significantly better shape than we found. We repainted the dirty paint splattered walls on our own dime. We cleaned it very carefully. We even found them their next tenant and they still deducted $200 from our security deposit. Sleezy and unethical. Wouldn’t rent from them or have them manage my property.
I’m still currently a tenant so I can’t speak to the move out process but I wanted to leave this review to say Kader has one of the best maintenance teams I’ve ever experienced as a tenant. They’ve been really kind, helpful, and straightforward when explaining what needs to happen/how long things will take. I’ve put in maintenance requests that are addressed the same day which isn’t sometime I’ve experienced with other property management companies. Shout out to Tommy who has been here a few times to help us out!
