Brian had excellent customer service, was resourceful, efficient and answered all of my questions. When the first showing didn’t work out he listened to my needs and found another good one. Thank you!

Kader property management took ownership of the duplex where I live. Immediately raised rent $500. They did absolutely nothing to/for the property. Collected rent for 4 months then sold the property for a $30,000 profit. They are a trash company that did nothing but drive the cost of living up. No only did they raise rent by 50%, the new property company is doing the same. So now the rent cost has went up 100%.
