Truly felt they were on my side! I was in a rental that moved to Kader from another mgmt company who DIDN'T communicate and DIDN'T show care about the tenants. I appreciate that someone not only answers the phone during business hours, but also has answers. I worked a lot with Seth and he was great--very helpful. I will 100% consider a Kader property the next time I need something in the area.
Kader property management is so easy to work with! They answer their phone, which is huge! They answer questions promptly and have great attitudes. Any time we have an issue with one of our rental properties they address it quickly and efficiently. They make the whole process a breeze. They truly are a pleasure to work with. We never have to worry because we know our property is in great hands!!!
If you want to live somewhere where they mow over trash (like giant pieces of cardboard board, pieces from the ROOF, food wrappers ect ) go ahead! It’ll be a great bug and pest problem in the future that they don’t seem to care about :)
Subpar company. Poor maintenance. Bad communication. Dishonest, unfair and punitive policies and practices. We left the apartment in significantly better shape than we found. We repainted the dirty paint splattered walls on our own dime. We cleaned it very carefully. We even found them their next tenant and they still deducted $200 from our security deposit. Sleezy and unethical. Wouldn’t rent from them or have them manage my property.
