Awful company. Awful practices. Never ever consider renting or using them as a property manager. See my previous review for more info. They’re bummed that legit reviews are bombing their ratings so they’re incentivizing people to post 5 stars. Read the 1 star reviews if you want to understand how the company actually operates.
Amazing property management. Working with “landlords”, I know the assumption is that the experience will be cumbersome, but after Kader took over management of my building my move out was seamless. Seth was professional, kind, forgiving, and helpful. Really helped to ease the burden of any otherwise somewhat stressful time.
Kader Property Management made finding a new home easy & quick in the always challenging Madison market. I was able to see several options soon in one day, and completed my application & lease paperwork via their app. I had a bit of overlap between leases so I had a slow (by design) move-in. By the time I’d spent my first night at the new place, they’d already addressed a few small items I’d noted on my move-in sheet but had not yet submitted to maintenance.
