Renting a property from Kader has been an easy process for 3 international students at Madison until now. We’ve had to call maintenance a few times, and they have responded quickly and have been competent. We did have one issue, but property manager Josh has been really fair and took care of it. It is also easy managing payments on their online portal. We recommend Kader.
I had issues with my roommates, but the property helped & coordinated me get out of my lease.
