Watch them, They charged 400 dollars more then what they estimated. I feel that when they send one of their employees out to estimate the job they should be a lot closer to the correct price then 400 dollars.
My experience with Kachur was nothing short of amazing. We had an unfortunate issue of a tree falling on our house. They were out there the same day, taking care of the tree on the house, the debris, and putting a tarp on due to poor weather that was coming. Excellent communication and you felt like they really cared. And that really meant so much considering our situation. Also very helpful with advice in dealing with our insurance. I cannot recommend this tree service enough. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
Had several trees removed this past Saturday. Great service great crew cleaned up before they left very Happy.
We had 4 LARGE trees removed from our property by Kachur and we are so impressed with the service this company provided. We expected the trees to be taken care of, of course, but what we weren't totally prepared for was the extent of their clean up efforts. The worked until dark on a Friday and cleaned up and left. We were very impressed with this company. We had a tree fall on our home in the night. We called Kachur Tree Service the following morning. They arrived within the hour! They had all the equipment at hand to remove the tree off our house, chip up the pieces, remove the stump and cleaned up the yard beautifully! They made quick work of a very stressful situation for us. They were fast, through and polite!
I've been getting mulch from Kachur for going on 6 years now. Never had any complaints. Seems like this years mulch has been even better quality in fact. Prices are more than reasonable and service is great. Most of my neighbors have switched over to them now as well. Got some topsoil there this spring as well, was high quality. Delivered to my Granger area residence.
Kachur has serviced our business for years with snow plowing.They charge us hourly which has saved our company money when we switched over to them.Look forward to getting more mocha brown mulch in the spring.
Used their mulch for the last 5 years, been great, will continue using their mulch. Also has great firewood.
