Blessed to have been one of Paul's patients for close to 25 yrs. He exemplified kindness, and empathy with a large dose of Legend. From my first appointment to my last ( sadness) he really made my struggles with mental health and addiction manageable. Bonus points for saving the life of a person struck by a car while waiting for transit. Respect and admiration for this amazing man .

Won't listen to mental health concerns. Extremely opinionated. Chooses personal opinions over professional opinions. Got better help from calling a random doctor when I had a mental health crisis. Meanwhile, Kachan claimed he couldnt help me and then went on another vacation while I continued to suffer.
