I’ve had infusions most of my life as I have an autoimmune disease. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for right I’m sorry that I was over a client for especially the receptionist Nicole at the Lexington office was absolutely nasty. Disappointing company. The customer service is great in the beginning...if they think your infusion will be approved. I stopped hearing from them entirely during the appeals process. Thanks for leaving me alone.
