Thank you so much to Herman and Kaady's for fixing our dryer today! I called this morning after realizing that my dryer was no longer heating properly or advancing during the timed cycle, Herman answered the phone and was awesome, he was very helpful and personable and offered to come out that same morning! While he was here he replaced the heating element and thermostats and was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough testing the dryer as he worked making sure that the dryer was heating and cycling properly again.
