RecommendedMy husband and I went to browse and get a general idea of pricing. The person there was very nice and helpful. There is a lot of options in store and I feel they are fairly priced. We likely will be buying an appliance there in the next few months.

The customer service was super helpful in helping secure some missing parts from a dishwasher we purchased there and had delivered. Best to go in, take a look at the product and ask lots of questions, make sure all the parts are there but as in our case, not all of the installation pieces were there but they checked their storeroom and found them for us at no charge. Big box stores can be a hassle sometimes, and these guys are straight forward and you can find yourself a really good deal!
We needed a new dryer and when we bought it from another place they would not install nor would they place a pedestal washer under a washer we bought a month ago. George at kaady, arranged to sell us a dryer and pedestal as well went to the other store and picked up the pedestal washer and installed everything. For less money than the other store, and was able to deliver in 4 days instead of the 10 the other company said it would be.
It was an awful continuous sh!t storm dealing with these people. They made a mess 3 out of 5 times they were here. Almost flooded my upstairs because they didn’t hook everything right. They told me they have a lot going on when I brought up the near flooding after their rep told me the washer was ready to go. Sold me faulty washers, was like pulling teeth to get them to honor their deal. I will go ANYWHERE else when this washer dies.
I ended up at Kaady's after a bad experience with a large appliance retailer that is going out of business. I wish I would have gone to Kaady's first and saved myself time and headache. From the great customer service at the store to the guys that delivered and installed my dryer- fantastic experience all around. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Kaady's!!!
Had two separate stoves delivered. Neither one worked correctly. They refuse to fix the oven which has never worked since they installed it. Now they want to charge me for a service call and parts. DONT EVER GO HERE! Calling the State of Oregon to report their bad business practices and yelp!
