RecommendedI have had rotator cuff problems that flare up over the last 20 years. This last flare-up was approaching the surgery level but thanks to the professional and skillful staff of K-2 Sports, I was able to regain the strength in my shoulder and avoid having surgery. The new facility on Williamson Road is State of the Art and a cheery environment in which to work in. Happy runner 🏃🏽♀️. I came in for painful hamstrings. After 1 month of treatment from Kevin and Manny, I was able to successfully complete a half marathon, with minimal pain. The exercises Kevin gave me will help me to keep moving forward towards my next goal! Thanks K2.
