Had a full roof replacement done and I’m really happy with the result. Baltazar was great to work with — professional, responsive, and clearly knows his stuff. I had ongoing ice damming issues and poor attic ventilation, and instead of just replacing shingles, they actually addressed the root causes. They opened up the soffits, improved airflow, rerouted a bathroom fan that was venting into the attic, and replaced damaged decking.
