This has been a hectic winter to say the least. People all around the KW region are having issues with their roof and specifically ice dams. Balthazar and his team have been nothing but fantastic. They were able to squeeze us into a busy schedule and performed snow and ice removal on our roof. Our roof was in pretty bad condition (rotted?) and the removal caused a hole in the roof. Balthazar and his team used a metal sheet to cover it to prevent further damage until long-term fix with insurance could be determined. I've alre... read more
Balthazar is very prompt and replaced our front roof within the specified time. He is easy to work with and does a thorough job.
Received a quick response from web inquiry. Problem was identified and he came back the next day to make the repairs. Friendly service.
