We rented with KW Property Management for just over 3 years. Overall we were satisfied with their service. When we moved to KW, I was really adamant about wanting to go with a rental management over a private rental after years of private rentals in TO, to ensure legal rent increases. No complaints there. Only one miscalculation, and when I caught it, it was quickly rectified and they apologized for the error. My main criticism is communication. Moe had significant insights to share and was able to make meaningful connections for my business beyond his required interactions relating to the property of interest. I would not hesitate to engage with Moe and his team again.
Poor management quality, you may be left off without heating for a couple of days and maybe weeks "as they are working to resolve the problem"
