KW Property Management is a wonderful company to deal with. They are very responsive and always have good advice. Our tenants were also very pleased with their service.
Extremely disappointed with this company. We applied for a basement unit, gave notice to our current landlord, and spent time and money preparing to move, only to have our application rejected without any valid reason. I was a new immigrant and my husband had already been a good tenant with them for two years, yet they showed no transparency or respect. Their poor communication and lack of professionalism caused us unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agency.
Worst possible property management company. If you like your property don’t hire them. They’ll give you grief , stress and headache more than your tenants would. Never pick up calls or respond to your emails in timely fashion.
