Rented a unit with them and it was an awful awful experience - we ended up terminating our tenancy within 3 months of signing. This was a lower unit for a no smoking unit; the upstairs tenants were stoners and were CONSTANTLY smoking weed. The management were either unwilling or unable to do anything about that. All of their responses were "we're trying our best", but to no end. I would never rent with them Oh and also, DON'T rent the lower unit at 23 Markwood - YOU WILL REGRET IT!
We’ve been renting an apartment managed by KWP since March 1st, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Problems began even before we moved in. There was a delay in the electricity account being set up, which meant the apartment wasn’t cleaned or properly prepared as promised. I have dealt with KW property management for approximately 15 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Any issues/repairs were taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company, Moe and Flora have always been more than accommodating to deal with!
