I ordered flowers for a funeral from Teleflora and the florist that was used that was listed on the card was K&V Florist. I chose a beautiful succulent arrangement and the delivered product looked nothing like the image chosen other than the planter that was used. The succulent had spots on it and looked unhealthy and this was in a cheap plastic planter that should not have been showing in the arrangement. I can’t recommend them highly enough! I was on my way to airport to pick up my parents and decided on short notice to get some flowers. I called ahead and they started preparing immediately and it was pretty much ready by the time I got there. I also had a dying phone battery that they went out of their way to help charge while I waited a few minutes to wrap up the flowers. I paid over $60 for an anniversay boquet only to get a cracked vase that leaked. When I called the shop about it they chastised me for not calling sooner. (Only one business day passed after I noticed it was leaking before I called and they did not offer to fix this problem at all) I was hoping to use this vase for years to come to commemorate the special occasion I got it for. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fantastic florist! Beautiful arrangement, fast service and saved me in a pinch! Another floral shop dropped the ball on my order and they picked up the pieces. Highly recommend!
