Last year we bought our house with older systems. I’ve had Kenny out on several occasions for a variety of different issues . Both A/C units, the hot water heater and most recent, the furnace. Everytime he is quick to diagnose and just as quick to repair. He even fixed our pool heater that I only mentioned in conversation. That was a pleasant surprise! Called on a Saturday afternoon when my heat was out, he was here within 20 minutes, and my heat was running in less than 90 minutes! Great service, affordable prices, can't recommend enough!
My A/C went out and they guys at KT's got it fixed. They where very friendly.
If you ever need help immediately or just normal maintenance this is the place to call. Kenny was able to get my AC working within two hours of my phone call. This is something no one else could/would get done today. With the heat wave going on my house was getting hot and fast. Don't even take the time looking up another company. Call them first and they will take care of you!
We live on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and were more than pleased with K.T. Sterling's heat pump installation. They went above and beyond to get us up and going in record time.....on a sweltering Monday........in a sweltering attic. Go with the best.
