It is so refreshing to interact with a company that cares about their customers. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Within an hour of calling, the tech was at our home, diagnosing and fixing the issue with our AC unit. Took the time to explain what was wrong, and what he fixed. If your looking for a water heater replacement, this IS the company!! Other than the new heater, you wouldn’t even know they were there!! Took the time to protect the surrounding area and were very meticulous in removing the old one! Definitely recommend them!! Excellent, up front turn key pricing! Great explanation of options with no pressure!
Very professional team here. They were so very kind and courteous and cleaned up everything when they were done. They worked so very hard, through all hours, all heat and treated my kids like their own. The work is beautiful and exactly what we asked for. We are finally comfortable in our upstairs bedrooms. Kenny figured out the problem in one visit. The work was done in two weeks (a big job). They aim to please and please they did. Thank you guys!!!!
Our AC unit broke and we couldn’t get anyone (other companies) to call us back or come out because they were too busy. With 2 month old twins we needed it fixed quickly. I contacted KT Sterling and not only were they out the next morning it was fixed quickly and with EXCELLENT customer service (with a smile!). Both Kenny and George were friendly and helpful. The technician came first thing in the morning and was very polite. After inspecting our AC and finding the problem, he explained in detail what had happened and was able to fix it quickly. The price was very reasonable and after he repaired the AC he double checked it to make sure it was still working properly.
