We came from Arizona for vacation, simply because we have family in Tomball, and Pflugerville, we kinda thought this was an easy middle. On the way here our brakes started grinding in Bastrop. Ok we just bought this SUV on the 19th of February. Anyway we couldn't find anyone to even look at it here in Brenham. It is a VW, and no one wanted to work on it... Took my vehicle in for a test. I had previously taken my vehicle somewhere else.Apparently, they did not reconnect.Some of the plugs and hoses and KT not reconnected the hose for me. After all previous issues, I had with the vehicle had stopped. There were one or two other issues that came up during the test.Which I will definitely be going back to them to get fixed. They are Very honest, Very Professional ,Very affordable Would definitely recommend.
They were fast and efficient, and didn't talk down to me for not knowing stuff about my car. They seem more interested in you and your vehicle's well-being than they are in making a buck. I've heard most of the mechanics around here suck, not these guys.
First of all, front desk they are so nice and respectful. Love their positive vibes .... (Second) The mechanic and he's helper are such a sweet person and understand our needs of getting our vehicles repaired fast , and affordable thank you very much... I'll be staying here cause I wouldn't trust any other shop to do my repairs..
I cannot rate this company highly enough. Broke down Sunday near Brenham TX with a tread separation that damaged my wheel well and gas tank. Got a new tire, but couldn't refuel b/c fuel tube was ripped from fender. Rolled up on KT Auto Plus Monday a few minutes after they opened. John immediately came out to the parking lot to do an assessment. After a few minutes of checking parts, he came back to put my truck on his lift.
