Just purchased our second vehicle from K&S. The service and attentiveness is why we went back a second time in 6 months to purchase another vehicle. Kara our salesperson kept us informed during our wait after ordering and turned each vehicle over to us with precision. If you’re looking for upfront no pressure sales K&S is where to go. We just steered our daughter their way to purchase an F150 from Rollie.
Kara was fantastic! All around the best dealership experience we've ever had! No pressure during purchase took care of the paperwork for us and when we showed up we were in and out in less than a half hour...with a new car!

I brought my vehicle in, requesting that the PCR be replaced. I gave them a list of work and parts that had already been done prior to the PCR diagnosis. Total bill should have been about $1,800. Instead, my bill was $3,000 because they replaced parts I had already replaced and then replaced the PCR that I requested replaced after. They attempted to charge me for replacing parts that didn't need replaced as well as the labor involved.
