If I could give negative stars, I would. This was, without exaggeration, the single worst and most destructive experience of my life as a first-time homebuyer. My advice to anyone even considering this company is to run, not walk, in the opposite direction. AVOID SEONG JIHYEON AT ALL COSTS. As a first-time buyer, you rely on your realtor to be your advocate. Instead, I discovered that she not on my side whatsoever.
